Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 eggs
  2. Fresh ground pepper
  3. Mustard seeds
  4. Capsicum , Yellow and red bell pepper diced
  5. 1 onion thinly sliced
  6. Half teaspoon Chilli powder
  7. 2-3 dry red chilli
  8. 1tsp corriander powder
  9. 1tsp garam masala
  10. Pinch of turmeric
  11. Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add dry red chilli
  2. Add onions and fry till translucent
  3. Add bell pepper and capsicum, fry for 3-4 mins
  4. Add freshly ground pepper, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric
  5. Saute nicely and add garam masala
  6. Add eggs one by one and sprinkle salt
  7. Now cook eggs like burji mixing everything nicely ...Garnish with curry leaves or corriander..Serve it with roti , rice or bread
