Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 1 small bunch spinach blanched or chopped fine
  • 2tblspn corn flour
  • 1tblspn gingergarlic paste
  • 1-2 green chillies as per choice cut fine
  • salt to taste
  • 1tspn blacksalt
  • pepper sprinkle
  • Some bread crumbs
  • oil to shallow fry
  • Any sauce chutney of choice to serve

How to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, SAUTE 2 GREEN CHILLIES & 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR, STIR BRISKLY
  3. ADD 2OO GMS BLANCHED SPINACH, A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER AND THE SAUTED CORNFLOUR MIX INTO 3 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP ROCK SALT
  6. ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR
  7. ADD LITTLE OIL & MIX
  8. GREASE PALMS, SHAPE DOUGH INTO KEBABS
  9. COAT THE KEBABS WITH BREAD CRUMBS
  10. SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  11. SERVE HOT
