Spinach Chicken Quiche

Ingredients to make Spinach Chicken Quiche

  • chicken boneless 100 gms
  • spinach 1 Small bunch
  • eggs 2
  • Chopped onion 1 medium
  • Fresh red chili 2 to 3
  • Cheese 50 gms
  • Black pepper crushed 8 to 9
  • For the Quiche base:
  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • Iced water 1/4 cup
  • salt 1/2 tsp

How to make Spinach Chicken Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. For the quiche base take oil & iced water, whisk together to make a thick batter of refined flour and salt. Mix well to make a nice dough. Take the quiche mold, roll out the dough & spread in the quiche mold properly insert fork & bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Wash the Spinach & blanch them, remove water and cut the chicken pieces in cube sizes & steam for a 1 minute. Take a pan, add some oil & heat chopped garlic and onion, saute till they turn light brown in color.
  4. Add chopped red chillies & crushed black pepper, mix well and turn off the flame.
  5. In a bowl add eggs & grated cheese mix nicely together add in chopped spinach, salt to taste and mix it nicely.
  6. Add chicken pieces & onion mixture. Mix all and pour in quiche mould & bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. When the quiche is baked, grate some cheese over it before serving it.
