Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apple peeled and cut into small pieces 1 number
  2. Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  3. Green chilly 2 numbers
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Jeera 1/4 tea spoon
  6. Mustard seed 1/4 tea spoon
  7. Curd 1/2 cup
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a pan boil 3/4 glass of water
  2. Add apple pieces, turmeric powder, salt
  3. Cook till soft
  4. Grind coconut,green chillies,jeera and curd in to paste
  5. Add mustard seed in the mixie jar with the paste and grind it just once
  6. Add the paste with the apple and cook till thick
  7. Adjust salt
  8. If needed add curry leaves
