ABOUT Gnocchi RECIPE

Gnocchi is an italian dish it is various thick small and soft dough dumpling

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3potato
  2. 2teaspoon all purpose flour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 tea spoon chilly flakes
  5. 1/4 tea spoon italian herbs
  6. 1/4 tea spoon crushed black paper
  7. 1/4 tea spoon oregano
  8. 1table spoon butter
  9. Basil leaves
  10. Water as per need

Instructions

  1. Take pan add water and potato and boil it
  2. Peel the potato and mashed properly add salt and all purpose flour and make a soft dough
  3. Now make a thin roll with dough and cut small pieces with knife
  4. Take a fork and make mark on small pieces of dough
  5. Take a pan add water put all gnocchi into the water and cook fir 2to 3 minutes and remove from the pan
  6. Take a another frying pan add butter melt it add gnocchi and toss well add all spices and mix well and ready to serve
  7. Serve hot
