Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped spinach 3 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  3. Chopped bottle gourd - 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped potato - 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped tomato - 1
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak chana dal for two hours.
  2. Wash and chop spinach finely.
  3. Chop all veggies in a vessel
  4. Add all ingredients
  5. Pressure cook for 15 mins.
  6. Once cooled ,mix well and mash it.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
  9. Add in the spinach and chana dal and mix well.
  10. Serve hot with chapatis.
