ABOUT French Beans Salad RECIPE

A very healthy and tasty salad made from french beans

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams french beans
  2. 1 cup roasted peanuts
  3. 1 cup grated fresh coconut
  4. 3 teaspoon lime juice
  5. 1 tablespoon green chilly paste
  6. 2 tablespoons coriander 
  7. 1 tablespoon sugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  10. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  11. 2 spoons olive oil
  12. salt to taste


  1. Cut into small rings like pieces.
  2. Boil water and add these cut beans in it and cover it with lid for 4-5 mins. After 5 mins, just check on the beans if they are half cooked.
  3. Turn off the flame and strain the beans and then wash them from cold water.
  4. Now take a big bowl and add fresh beans, grounded peanuts, grated coconut, green chilly paste, salt, sugar and lemon juice add mix well.
  5. Heat a small pan and add olive oil to it then add the mustard and cumin seeds to it.
  6. Now add turmeric and pour this tempering on to the salad and mix everything together.
  7. Garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves.
