Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Beans - 1 cup
  2. Toor dal 3/4 cup
  3. Channa dal 2 tsp
  4. red chillies 3 to 4
  5. Hing 1/4 tsp
  6. oil
  7. mustard seede 1/4 tsp
  8. urad dal-1/4 tsp
  9. curry leaves
  10. Turmeric Powder
  11. Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the toor dal and channa dal for 45 mnts....once soft grind this coarsely with red chillies , turmeric powder,salt and hing without adding any water...
  2. Cook the beans at the Cooker and keep it aside
  3. Now heat oil a pan and add the mustard seeds , urad dal, channa dal and curry leavs when they pop add this dal mixture ... cook on low flame until the dals are cooked.... Now add the boiled beans, grated coconut and again cook 5 more mnts....Adjust salt if necessary.....
  4. Serve with hot rice , rasam.......
