Kids will enjoy eating this cake, easy to make, eggless cake, when you bake your own cake at home you tend to enjoy the whole process. The best cake I ever had simple, tender n moist. After you make this cake you will never think of buying the birthday cake from the market.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 n 1/2 cup
  2. Condensed milk 1 cup
  3. Icing sugar 6 tablespoon
  4. Unsalted butter 100 grams
  5. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  6. Baking soda 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Bakind powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Amul cream one big pack
  10. Pink food colour few dropes
  11. Silver balls n stars for decoration

Instructions

  1. Put baking pwd and baking soda in all purpose flour and seive the mixture a couple of times.
  2. Now put together condensed milk,butter n 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl and beat this mixture .
  3. If the consistency is satisfying you drop dash of vanilla essence in the mixture n beat it for few more times.
  4. Now you have to mix dry n wet ingredients and beat the batter till acquires a squishy viscosity .
  5. If it appears to you that the consistency is thick add a little amount of milk and reduce the thickness of the batter.
  6. Grease your cake tin with butter and pour the batter into it. Tap the tin few times so that the batter comes at same level all over.
  7. Put cake tin in oven and bake for 30 - 35 mins at 180 degree .
  8. Cool the cream for few hours in refrigerator now put 4 tbsp icing sugar in the cream beat it nicely.
  9. It will take you time to make the cream fluffy.
  10. Then take half of the cream in another bowl and mix pink food colour in it.
  11. Cut the sponge cake from between and put sugar syrup to moist the cake now put pink colour cream on the top of lower layer level it with a flat spatula .
  12. Put another layer over the cream and cover the cake with white cream and level it.
  13. Decorate the cake with pink cream n decoratIves items as you want.
