Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread - 8 slice
  2. Suji -1/2 cup
  3. Milk with malai -1 cup
  4. Onion -1 large finally chopped
  5. Tomato -1 large chopped in small pieces
  6. Capsicum - 1 large chopped in small pieces
  7. Chilly flakes -1/2 tsp
  8. Origano -1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water as required
  11. Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  12. Butter -1 tsp
  13. Cheese as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and finally chopped the onion. Tomato and capsicum
  2. Take a bowl add suji milk salt. Chilly flakes. Pepper powder. Stir well to combine all the ingredients keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a non stick pan. Spread the butter on every slice of bread. Scoop out some vegetables from the batter and add it on the top of the bread slice.
  4. Sprinkle a few drop of oil on pan and place the bread on pan. Spread the cheese. Keep the flame to its lowest.
  5. Cook till cheese melt and the bread is toasted.
  6. Remove with spatula and place it on serving plate. Sprinkle some origano more if you want.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
