  1. 1-1/2 daliya
  2. 2 tbs moong dal
  3. 2 potato
  4. I tomato
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1/2 cup green peas
  7. 2 tba groundnut
  8. 1/4 cup soyabean
  9. 1-1/2 tbs desi ghee
  10. Apices such as coriander,chilly powder etc.
  11. Salt (as required)
  12. Hing
  13. cumin seeds
  14. Curd
  15. Water
  16. Pomegranate
  17. Apple
  18. Boiled boondi
  19. Spices for raita like jeera powder etc

Instructions

  1. ROAST DALIYA
  2. ROAST MOONG DAL
  3. ADD THE ROASTED MOONG DAL AND DALIYA
  4. ADD WATER
  5. WHISK THE CURD
  6. ADD BOILED BOONDI
  7. ADD POMEGRANATE
  8. ADD APPLE
  9. ADD CHAAT MASAL AND JEERA POWDER.
  10. ADD WATER AND YOUR FRUIT RAITA IS READY
