  1. 250 gm arbi or taro roots
  2. 2 sliced whole green chilly
  3. Chopped coriander leaves
  4. 3to 4 spoon mustard oil
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 table spoon turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 table spoon red chilly powder
  8. 1/4 table spoon carrom seeds
  9. 1 table spoon gram flour
  10. 1 table spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/4 table spoon garam masala
  12. Pinchof asafetida
  13. Pinch

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRAM ARBI
  2. TAKE A COOKER ADD ARBI AND ONE CUP WATER
  3. COVER WITH LID AND BOIL THE ARBI
  4. ARBI IS BOIL LET IT COOL DOWN
  5. PEEL THE ARBI AND CUT INTO ROUND PIECES
  6. TAKE A PAN HEAT IT
  7. ADD 3TO 4 TABLE SPOON MUSTARD OIL
  8. ADD CAROM SEEDS
  9. ADD 1/4 TABLE SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD ONE SPOON CORIANDER POWDER
  11. ADD 1/4 TABLE SPOON REDCHILLY POWDER
  12. ADD SALT AND GRAM FLOUR
  13. MIX WELL ADD SLICED GREEN CHILLY
  14. ADD ARBI AND COAT WITH MASALA
  15. WHEN IT CRISY FROM ONE SIDE SLIT IT
  16. ADD GARAM MASALA AND CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND COOK FOR 3TO 4 MINTUES AND READY TO SERVE
