Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Avocados 2
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Onion 1, small
  4. Sushi Rice - 30 gms (See below)
  5. Spicy Mayonnaise - 5 gms (See below)
  6. wasabi mayonnaise - 5 ml
  7. bubu arare - 5 gms
  8. micro green mustard - 1 gm
  9. For the SUSHI RICE:
  10. Sushi Rice 200 gms
  11. Sushi Vinegar 50 ml
  12. For the SPICY MAYONNAISE:
  13. Mayonnaise - 3.7 kg
  14. Lemon Juice - 550 ml
  15. Sugar - 500 gms
  16. Salt - 150 gms
  17. Chilli Paste - 250 gms
  18. Sake - 60 ml
  19. Shredded Dry Chilli - 15 gms

Instructions

  1. Make cake of rice and deep fry it.
  2. Mix avacado , chop onions, spicy mayonnaise, wasabi mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  3. Make another mixture of tomato with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the mixture of avocado on rice cake nicely flatten it. Then make another layer of tomato on it.
  5. Garnish it with bubu arare and micro greens.
