Finger Licking Gulab Jamun

Ingredients to make Finger Licking Gulab Jamun

  • sugar (800g)
  • water (2cup)
  • Soft mawa (300g)
  • paneer (100g)
  • maida (1/2 cup)
  • ghee for frying

How to make Finger Licking Gulab Jamun

  1. Heat a pan add water and sugar on it. Let this syrup to boil 2-3 minutes. After 3minutes you can check the syrup consistency . it will stick like honey between your two fingers then you will come to know that your syrup is ready and keep it aside.
  2. Now you can prepare the dough. Take a larger flat vassels for kneading dough properly. 1st Add paneer and knead till it's get soft then add mawa,maida and make a soft dough. While making ball make sure that it's not get crack on it or else it will not get fry properly.
  3. Then heat a pan add ghee on it and let the ghee melt properly the add small balls (pls.do not overload ball on pan) fry in medium flame till it get light brown colour then add balls in syrup and put it in a fridge for half an hour and serve.
