Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Potato 3
  2. Bengal gram 1cup
  3. Onion big 1
  4. green chillies 3
  5. Cloves 3 numbers
  6. Fennel seed 11/2tsp
  7. Cinnamon small piece
  8. Curry Leaves handful
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. GRIND 1.5 TSP FENNEL SEEDS, 3 CLOVES & 1 CINNAMON STICK
  2. ADD 1 CUP SOAKED ( FOR 30 MINS ) BENGAL GRAM DAL TO THE GROUND SPICES & COARSELY GRIND
  3. ADD 3 BOILED POTATOES, 3 GREEN CHILLIES & 1 ONION TO THE GROUND BATTER
  4. MIX INTO A DOUGH
  5. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH
  6. FLATTEN THE BALLS & DEEP FRY
  7. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  8. SERVE HOT
