Ingredients to make Madras Butter Biscuit

  • Four 1 kg
  • Margarine 500 gms
  • salt 14 gms
  • Icing sugar 60 gms
  • water 70 ml
  • sugar 150 gms
  • Liquid Glucose 9 gms
  • baking soda 1 gms
  • Milk powder 9 gms
  • Vanilla Powder 2 gms

How to make Madras Butter Biscuit

  1. Sieve the flour along with milk and vanilla powder.
  2. Put the flour on the table and make a well in the middle and pour water as given in recipe.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and knead well till you get the perfect dough consistency.
  4. Now roll the dough into sheet of even thickness and cut with biscuit cutters and arrange on the tray.
