Pork Vindaloo

Ingredients to make Pork Vindaloo

  • 1 kg Pork
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • 2 tbsp spice paste ( made with red chillies, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin, mustard seeds, black peppercorn, garlic, ginger, sugar, coconut milk, salt)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion

How to make Pork Vindaloo

  1. Marinate the pork with the spice paste for 4 hours.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil to heat.
  3. Saute the meat on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the finely chopped onion and cook it covered in a slow flame till the oil separates. The pork vindaloo will be cooked in half an hour.
  5. Serve it hot with rice.
