Green Peas or Matar Kachoris are made up of fresh green peas with indian spices , stuffed in the Indian style wonton sheets and either deep fried or baked

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup blanched Green peas
  2. 1 tspn salt
  3. 1 tspn amchur powder
  4. 1 tspn Garam masala
  5. 1 tspn Ginger, Garlic, Chili paste
  6. 2 tbspn corriander (chopped finely )
  7. 1 cup all purpose flour
  8. 2 tbspn butter
  9. 1 tspn ajwain
  10. 1/4th cup water
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First in a pan add 1tbspn oil and add the ginger, chili paste
  2. To that add the dry spices and then add the green peas
  3. Saute well for 5 min
  4. In a bowl add flour, butter and water, salt and make soft dogh
  5. Make 4 equal sized balls and roll them into 4 inch roti
  6. Add 1 tbspn filling and seal the kachori and flatten with hands
  7. Deep fry them till they turn brown
