  1. Capsigam 1
  2. Ginger small piece
  3. Tamrind small ball
  4. Salt,oil need
  5. Turmeric powder pinch
  6. Mustard 1 spoon
  7. hing pinch
  8. Jaggary little

Instructions

  1. A pan on the gas medium flame
  2. 3 spoon oil add mustard
  3. Split the mustard add hing
  4. Cut the capsikam& ginger add& fry
  5. Then add turmeric powder
  6. After add tumarind paste
  7. Add salt
  8. After 10 minutes boil add jaggary
  9. 5 minutes boil off gas that's all
