ABOUT Bell pepper Ragout RECIPE

Ragout is based on vegetables its very healthy and tangy flavour

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 No Red capsicum
  2. 2 No Green capsicum
  3. 1/4 Guccini
  4. 1 Diced cut onion
  5. 1/4 cup tomato purée
  6. 1 Tsp olive oil or butter
  7. 1 Strand thyme
  8. 1 tsp mix herbs
  9. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  10. salt to taste


  1. All vegetables cut into cubes (diced)
  2. Saute in olive oil or butter do not over cook (only tosse the vegetables)
  3. Add now tomato puree mix slowly
  4. Lastly add thyme , mix herbs , crushed black pepper , salt to taste all mix properly
  5. Saute for 2 to 3 min
  6. Turn off flame
  7. Serve bell pepper ragout with brown bread toast , garlic bread or as you like
