Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macroni 1/2 cup
  2. Freshly chopped veggies ( french beans , peas, cabbage, cauliflower , mushroom capsicum)
  3. OR
  4. medium carrot,8 to 10 french beans, chopped9 to 12 small to medium sized cauliflower florets¼ cup peas fresh or frozen1 small to medium bell pepper or ¼ to ⅓ cup diced bell pepper, optional, can use red or yellow or green capsicum
  5. Onion-1 medium
  6. Garlic- 1 tsp
  7. salt
  8. Green chillies - 3 no

Instructions

  1. Boil the macroni in 2 cup of water with little refined oil for 10 mins.
  2. After that rinse boil macroni in water.
  3. Steam all the veggies .
  4. Took a pan add 1 spoon of refined oil add chopped garlic .Nd onions saute some times
  5. Then add all the mix veggie including macroni and green chillies also
  6. Toss the veggies for 1 min and add salt. And let's serve with paratha or rice .
