Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal soaked and fermented 5 hrs
  2. Rice flour 1 cup
  3. onion slices 1 cup
  4. garlic crushed half cup
  5. Sprig italian spices
  6. curry leaves
  7. salt
  8. oil 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the soaked urad dal and ferment it for 4 hrs
  2. Next to the dough or batter of santula pitha add all the ingredient thoroughly.
  3. Whisk the batter with curry leaves and sprig spices
  4. Heat oil in grill pan and shallow fry both sides
