Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ready made Idiyappam
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1 big tomato
  4. I big onion
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 1/4 tea spoon fennel
  7. 1 spoon pepper powder
  8. 2 garlic pods
  9. 1 table spoon oil for frying
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cut onion into small pieces
  2. Cut tomato into small pieces
  3. Slit green chillies
  4. Nicely cut garlic and coriander
  5. Take ready made idiyappam make into small pieces
  6. Break 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk them swiftly.
  7. Heat a pan .pour one tablespoon of oil and fry onion and tomatoes nicely
  8. Add garlic and green chillies and fry till everything becomes bit mushy
  9. Pour beaten eggs and stir fry all ingredients.
  10. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt to taste
  11. When the eggs are bit soft sprinkle pieces of Idiyappam into the pan and mix everything together
  12. Add coriander for garnishing and remove the pan from heat.
