Hot milk cake ( eggless )

Sieve maida , milk powder and baking powder 4 to 5 times .

Mix curd and baking soda in a bowl and keep aside for 5 minutes

Then add oil and vanilla essence to curd and mix well .

Preheat your oven at 180degrees

Now add dry ingredients to curd along with hot milk .

Add the chopped nuts dusted with maida .

Mix well but don't over do it

Transfer the batter to a greased mould . Spread some nuts over the batter .

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180degrees till done or till a tooth pick comes out clean .
