A delicious green curry prepared with fresh pineapple crush and later mushrooms are added to it. I also made veg. Thai fried rice with use of pineapple in it.

Take all the green paste ingredients one by one in a mortal and pestle and pound into a fine paste.
Now in a frying pan add oil and then add the paste, fry for a minute.
In a chopper add the pineapple and Churn till they turn into a crush and mushy , add them to the frying pan and cook for about 3 minutes.
Wash the mushrooms and then slit them in half, now add them to the frying pan, cook for 2 minutes
After this add the coconut cream to the frying pan and adjust salt to your taste. Remember that the paste also has salt.
While cutting the pineapple try to scoop the pineapple from the centre and keep the shell intact. Wash it and pat dry.
In the pineapple shell add the Thai green curry and serve with rice
