ABOUT Tangy Herb Falafel RECIPE

A tangier nad healthy version of falafel where Sprig Tangier has taken the flavor to a different level..do give it a try!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups Chickpeas (soaked for a day and drained)
  2. 1/2 cup Parsley
  3. 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  4. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  5. 2 tbsp SPRIG TANGIER
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  9. 1tbsp Chopped garlic
  10. 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  11. 1 Onion (roughly chopped)
  12. 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
  13. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1: Put chickpeas, chopped onions, parsley,mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic in a food processor and blend it.
  2. 2: Put this in a bowl and add Sprig Tangier, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and roasted cumin powder .
  3. 3 : Add bread crumbs and mix it nicely and sprinkle sesame seeds on it and make small balls out it.
  4. 4: Deep fry or shallow fry them and serve with hummus and Pita bread.
