Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Button mushroom 200 grams
  2. Butter 2 tablespoons
  3. Grated garlic 1 teaspoon
  4. Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Finely chopped coriander 1 tableapoon
  6. Salt to taste


  1. In bowl take the softened butter, salt, garlic, coriander, chili flakes and mix well
  2. Wash and clean the mushroom and arrange them on a baking dish. Place them tightly packed as they will shrink on cooking. Apply the butter mixture over the mushroom and set aside for 10 minutes
  3. Bake in a pressure heated oven at 200 degree - for 20 to 25 minutes or till the mushroom is soft
  4. Serve garnished with coriander leaves
