  1. 1. 8 EGGS
  2. 2. 1/2 COCONUT
  3. 3. GARLIC CLOVES 6
  4. 3. ONIONS 6
  5. 4. TOMATO 2 IF NO TOMATOES THEN TOMATO KETCH UP AS PER TASTE.
  6. 5. CORIANDER TO GARNISH
  7. 6. GINGER

Instructions

  1. 1. BOIL 8 EGGS. THEN PEEL THE SKIN.
  2. 2. TAKE 6 TBSP OIL. FRY ONIONS TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  3. 3. GRIND THE FRIED ONIONS, TOMATOES, GARLIC , RED CHILLI PWD.
  4. 4. THEN ADD THE PASTE TO THE OIL IN PAN, ADD BOILED EGGS.
  5. 5. ADD SOME WATER TO MAINTAIN THE CURRY CONSISTENCY. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER.
