Nachos and cheese are best combination. In this racipe i m adding little my chengice and trying to more teasti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup nachos
  2. 1/2 cup rajma
  3. 1/2 boil corn
  4. 2 tomato
  5. 2 onion
  6. 1 cup 3 colour capsicum
  7. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  8. 2 tb garlic
  9. 5-6 tb Mint - coriander chutney
  10. 2-3 tb ketchup
  11. 1/2 cup sour cream
  12. 1 tb Mexican seasoning
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Lemon juice
  15. Fresh dhaniya
  16. Fresh Red chilli
  17. Chat masala
  18. Some Cabbage or lattaus leaves

Instructions

  1. First for rajma filling - in a pen add some oil an heat it. Then add garlic and rost. Now add half chop onion. Cook for 2 minute. Then add rajma. Cook few minutes. Add some tomato puree and mix up. Cook for 5 min. Now adding masala and smash it little bit.flame off an cool down.
  2. For salsa - in a bowl add chhop onion,2 tomato chhop an 1 smash it with hand , all capsicum fresh dhaniya and 1 tb lemon juice. Add some salt,chat masala and few fresh dhaniya. Mix well an keep aside.
  3. Final assemble - in a plate first leyare cabbage or latauce. Next leyare arenge nachos .next sprinkle some rajma filling. Then salsa leyare. Now put some fresh dhaniya pudina chutney.now adding sour cream an fresh dhaniya .garnish with some cheese and fresh red chilli.
  4. Bake at 180 degree for 2 minutes an enjoy .
