Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. besan flour 100 grams
  2. Suji (Rava) 50 grams
  3. 75gms of powder sugar
  4. 75 grams of creamy cow Gee
  5. Pinch of Elachi powder
  6. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chopped pista


  1. Take a clean bowl, add a creamy gee.
  2. Add a sugar and mix well until the Fluffy batter.
  3. Add besan flour, add suji also.
  4. Add baking powder.
  5. Add elachi powder
  6. Mix well, if you feel dry batter, add a some milk.
  7. Nankatai batter was ready.
  8. Splitting the small balls.
  9. And put the pista on the top of the Nankatais.
  10. Preheat the oven for 180 degrees celcious.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  12. After 10 minutes Aromfull Besan Nankatai ready to serve.
