Pre-made pizza base
To make the marinara sauce
500 grams tomatoes chopped
1 tsp chilli flakes
4 garlic cloves
handful of basil leaves
1 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
For the topping
Mozarella cheese
Ham
pineapple
onions (optional)
Instructions
Make the marinara sauce first by heating oil and adding chilli flakes, basil and garlic to it. Let it become fragrant and add all the tomatoes to it. Let it cook down for 45 minutes and adjust for seasoning. Keep aside.
On your pizza base, layer some sauce and sprinkle a bit of cheese. Top with as much ham and pineapple of your choice. Sprinkle some onions as well. Top with more cheese
Pre heat your oven to 240 degree centrigrade. Pop the pizza in the oven till the bottom is crisp and the cheese is bubbling on top. Serve
