ABOUT Sabudana kheer RECIPE

It is used in fast. Can be served with dryfruits. It is tastier kheer i have ever tasted.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sabudana small
  2. 1/2 cup sugar+as per taste
  3. Water for soaking+ 1/2 cup for cooking
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. Dryfruits as per choices(optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the sabudana and soak them for atleast 1 hour.
  2. After soaking, add 1/2 cup of water and cook sabudana till it appears transparent.
  3. Add milk after sabudana is cooked. You can add dry fruits now. Cook for 5 min.
  4. When milk mixes well, turn off the gas. Now add sugar and mix well. Serve hot.
