Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour ( finger millet) -1 cup
  2. Jeggery -1/2 or depends ur taste
  3. Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Elachi powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Greated coconut 1/4 cup
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Oil for stickiness
  8. Boiling point hot water 1/2 cup


  1. Take a bowl and add Ragi flour.
  2. Add a boiling point water little by little
  3. Mix well and roll the small balls.
  4. Take pan and boiled the water.
  5. Add a Ragi balls one by one.
  6. Cook for five more minutes
  7. Add a jeggery and coconut milk.
  8. Then cook well
  9. Add finally add grated coconut
  10. Mix well and serve Hot.
  11. Ready to serve it. South Indian special pall kolukkatai ( Ragi flour)
