Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 medium size boiled potatoes
  2. 11/2 cup singade ka atta
  3. 1/2 cup roasted, crushed peanut
  4. 4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. Rock salt(sendha namak) as per test
  8. 2cup water
  9. Iil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl put potatoes, roasted peanut powder, black pepper, green chills, salt,suger,lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well and make a small balls.
  2. Make a thick batter of singade ka atta,salt,black pepper with water in another bowl.
  3. Now dip that balls in the above batter and fry till it turns brown in coler, allovadas are ready.
  4. Serve with curd or fried green chills.
