Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli ke liye:- 200 gms Rava, ½ tsp Eno, ½ Bowl curd, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp red chilli, ¼ tsp rai, ½ Glass Water, Oil, dhaniya Greenchilli
  2. Pakode ke Ghol ke liye: ¾ cup basan,1/2 tsp mirch powder,namak to taste,pani thoda.

Instructions

  1. Rava mai Curd & water dalkar acche se milayange aur phir usme namak aur mirchi & rai dal denge,aur 10 min ke liye rakh dege,After 10 minute ghol me eno dalkar use acche se spoon se ek hi taraf hilayenge
  2. Idle Maker me jali tak water dalege aur gas par ubal aane tak rekhge than Idle sacha me oil lagakar ghol dal dege ,uske upar one side Green chatni aur dusari side Tomato puri dal denge, aur 15 minute tak bake karenge
  3. than gas off karke sacche nikal lege 2-3 minute baad tsp se sabhi Idle nikal lege aur basan ke gole mai dalkar deep fry kar lege hara dhaniya aur Green chilli dal kar Serve karege Tayaar hai Tiranga Idle Pakoda
  4. chatni aur sause ke saath sarve karege
