  1. Makke ka aata 250 gms
  2. Ghee 250 gms
  3. Bura/powdered sugar 250 gms
  4. Almonds 10-12
  5. Pistachio 15-20
  6. Cardamom 4-5

Instructions

  1. Makka ke Aate mai ek bada spoon ghee ka moin dalkar pani ke saath kada guth lege,than haat se thik root bana lege aur use tndoor mai paheley full flame phir sim flame per paka lege, dono side se sik jane par gas par se root uthar lege
  2. tanda hone per uske tukade karke mixi mai baarik pis lege aur chalni se chaan lege, ab is bur mai bacha hua ghee mila deaige aur phir bura mix kar lege .
  3. ab ek plate lege usmai badam aur pista ki katran dalege aur phir churma dalkar haat se churma press kar dege aur halke haat se dusari badi plate mai is tarah nikal lege ki wo gol shape mai nikal kar aaye
  4. aur ilaychi ka powder upper se dal dege Tayaar hai Makka ka Churma
