Just love it. I also along with my grand children. Such a creamy taste, bite of pasta,and flavours of italian herbs ,all are amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1.5 cup boiled pasta
  2. 1/2 cup red, green and yellow bell pepper
  3. 1/4 cup chop carrot
  4. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  5. 4 garlic cloves
  6. 3 tbsp butter
  7. 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. 1 cup milk
  11. 2 tsp flour
  12. 3 tsp Ganoa spice
  13. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  14. 1 tsp Oregano
  15. mint for garnish


  1. Boil pasta in hot water
  2. Add salt and oil in water
  3. When boil drain water from it and put under normal water tap
  4. For prevent it's cooking
  5. Boil peas
  6. Take 1 tsp butter in pan and add carrot
  7. Cook little then add peas and all bell peppers
  8. Off gas
  9. In other pan take 2 tbsp butter
  10. Add garlic and saute
  11. When butter melt add flour
  12. Stir it and cook till rawness remove
  13. Then add milk and stir regularly to avoid lumps
  14. When sauce become thicken add cheddar cheese and all spices
  15. Mix finely all of them
  16. Now add veggies and pasta
  17. Mix all of them and adjust salt
  18. Our pasta is ready
  19. Transfer in serving plate and sprinkle flakes, pepper and ganoa spice
  20. Garnish with mint
