Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For soya balls
  2. 1 cup soaked and drained soya granules
  3. 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion white
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  5. 2 tsp sprig Genoa powder
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 boiled potato grated
  8. 1 tbsp corn.flour
  9. 1 small carrot grated
  10. 1/4 th of each of red and yellow capsicum finely chopped
  11. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  12. 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
  13. 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying balls
  14. For arabiata sauce
  15. 1 cup tomato puree
  16. 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
  17. 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  18. 2 tbsp celery finely chopped
  19. 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion white
  20. 2 tsp sprig Genoa powder
  21. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  22. Salt and pepper to taste
  23. Sugar to balance tartness of tomatoes
  24. Others
  25. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  26. 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion white


  1. For Arabiata sauce
  2. Heat a sauce pan.
  3. To this add butter and olive oil
  4. Then add chopped garlic. Saute and then add celery and spring onion white . Saute for few minutes .
  5. Then add tomato puree, salt and pepper , chilli flakes and sprig powder.
  6. Let it cook on slow flame for 15-20 mins
  7. At last add sugar to balance the taste
  8. For meat ball
  9. In a bowl add blended soya granules, and all other ingredients.Mix well
  10. Form balls out of mixture and keep in fridge for 10 mins
  11. Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these balls
  12. Now take a.baking dish .spread Arabiata sauce all over the base
  13. Then add grated parmesan cheese
  14. Now spread balls all over the sauce
  15. Now spread remaining Arabiata sauce and grated cheese
  16. Bake in a preheated oven.at 200 degree for 30mins
  17. After 20 mins
  18. Garnish with spring onions free.and serve
