Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sabudana 1/2cup
  2. Boiled Potato (medium) 2
  3. Chopped green chilli 2
  4. Coarsely Crushed Roasted Peanuts 2 Tbsp
  5. Salt 1 Tsp /as per taste
  6. White bread Slices 2
  7. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for atleast 3- 4hrs.Strain it and let it dry for atleast 20 minutes.
  2. Now mash boiled potato.Add all ingredients including sabudana and mix everything very well.
  3. Now take the mixture in your palm and give it shape as per your choice.You can roll it and press it between your palm to giver round shape or give oval shape.
  4. Deep fry till golden brown.
  5. serve it sauce/green chutney/tamarind chutney
