Ingredients to make MUTIGRAIN QUINOA DOSA

  • 1 & 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • 1/4th cup chana dal
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4th cup mung dal

How to make MUTIGRAIN QUINOA DOSA

  1. Soak the grains and lentils in water for 8 hours
  2. Grind to a smooth batter .
  3. Let it ferment for 8 hours.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Heat an iron griddle.
  6. Grease with oil of ghee.
  7. Cook Dosas till nice and crispy
  8. Serve with Sambar and Chutney
