Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 Fresh brown/white bread loafs
  2. 2 eggs
  3. A tspn of fine cinnamon powder
  4. 10ml of plain milk
  5. salt to taste
  6. 2 tbspn of oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, bring together the eggs, milk, salt and cinnamon powder.
  2. Whisk the eggs well while you lay out a non stick pan on stove with oil for frying
  3. Now dip each slice of bread loaf(you may also cut them into any shape you prefer) into the mix so that they get well coated with the egg batter.
  4. Now shallow fry them till golden brown on low flame.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or honey/jam, as you prefer. Enjoy
