ABOUT ragi Flour Cheela RECIPE

Ragi (finger millet) flour in general is very healthy compared to all other flours. It contains calcium, iron and is very high on fibre content. It is low in carb, is gluten free and is very good for diabetics. Hence this flour can be used to make many delicious recipes. Today I gave a twist to the original besan cheela and prepared ragi cheela / pancakes out of it. To make it more nutritious, you can also add any finely chopped veggies of your choice.
