2 cup maida
1 cup malai
1 cup powered sugar
3 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
IN a bowl whisk the malai and sugar and essence till flufy
Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda In maida mixture add malai mixture and knead the soft dough. Take it rest for 15 minutes
Now dough divided into 3 parts. 25%,25%and 50
first 25% dough add 1 tsp cocoa powder and sub divided into 6 portions. keep aside
Next 25 % again add 2 tsp cocoa powder and divided into again 6 portions
Next 50% dough remain same colour and divided into 6 portions
Take first 25% balls and make sticks by rolling
take another 25% and roll it in oval shape and put first 25% sticks and roll it
now take 50% balls and roll it in oval shape arrange sticks in middle and roll down
make a roll and keep in frigde for 30 minutes and cut in slices.
now bake it 20 minutes at 150 degrees
