ABOUT Buckwheat Coffee Mug Cake RECIPE

This Mug Cake is so quick and easy to make that you can prepare it anytime . As it dont need any special ingredient and can be made with easily available items at home. During fasting if guest came to your house on short notice you can make it and i am sure this will be the Hit .

Ingredients Serving: 2

2 tbsp buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp coffee powder
A pich of baking soda
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp melted salted butter
2 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp melted Dairy milk Chocolate
Few chopped Dairy Milk Chocolate
A scoop of readymade vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Sieve the flour in Microwave Safe Cup and add Coffee Powder, Baking Powder, Sugar into it
Now add Butter, Essence into Mug and stir the mixture till smooth
Microwave at 100 degrees for 1 minute
Mug Cake is ready.
You can take it out in another bowl if want to serve the guests
Drizzle some melted chocolate on it and add some chopped chocolate pieces
At last add a scoop of Vanilla Chocolate on top of it
This Cake is just awesome in taste
