Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup poha
  2. 1 chopp onion.
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1 chopp carrot
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1boil potato
  7. 1/2cup peanut
  8. 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  9. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  10. 10 kari patte
  11. 1green chilly
  12. Moti sev 4 garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Put poha in a strainer n wash it
  2. Keep aside 4 strain
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add mustard seeds to splutter
  5. Nw add onion.n tomato.n cook
  6. Add all d vegetables chopped
  7. Cook it.
  8. Add salt n haldi
  9. Nw add poha n stir well
  10. Nw add green corinder.pea nuts n lemon juice.
  11. Sprinkle sev
  12. Serve hot.
