ABOUT Broken rice spinach pulao RECIPE

Its healthy rice dish which is cooked with spinach tomato and onions. Suitable for every one as it's very yummy too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups boiled broken or kinki rice
  2. One chopped onion
  3. One chopped tomato
  4. Few garlic cloves
  5. One cup chopped spinach
  6. One tbsp oil
  7. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  8. Salt


  1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped garlic. Saute till golden brown
  2. Then add chopped onions and saute till golden brown and add tomatoes
  3. Mix and add Chopped spinach and saute till soft then add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well
  4. Now add boiled rice and mix well. Serve with raita and papad
