Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gram sabudana /sago
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. 200 gram suger
  4. 4_5 cardemom powder
  5. 10 pistachio for garnishing
  6. 4_5 saffron strands


  1. First wash sabudana under tap water properly.
  2. All starch should be removed.
  3. Now take heavy bottom pan and pour milk in it.
  4. Put it on flame and boil the milk. Add cardamom powder in milk.
  5. Let the milk boil .After boiling add sabudana and mix properly. Keep the flame slow.
  6. Keep stirring other wise kheer will burnt. Now add dry fruits of your choice.
  7. Let it boil and add suger.
  8. Cook on medium flame for 10_12 minutes.
  9. Njoy your kheer hot or chilled garnish wd pista.
