Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Gluten free rolled oats : 1/4 cup
  2. Chia Seeds : 1 tbsp
  3. Almond milk : 1/2 cup- 3/4 cup (Adjust as per your liking)
  4. Dates : 3 (pitted and finely chopped)
  5. Almonds: 4
  6. Raisins : 1 tsp
  7. Pistachios : 4
  8. Fruits (chopped) of your choice (I used mangoes, strawberries and banana)
  9. Granola : 2 tbsp (you can adjust this quantity as per your need)
  10. Honey / Agave nectar as per taste (Optional: I did not you it but you may for added sweetness)


  1. ake a tall glass or a bowl. Add the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, dates and nuts. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
