Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 bowl amarnath flour or fine grinded powder of 3 ramdana /rajgira /amarnath laddoos
  2. /2 bowl coarsely grinded 15 to 20 roasted almonds
  3. 1/2 cup homemade fresh butter
  4. 2 tablespoon honey
  5. 4 tablespoon samak /savank rice flour
  6. 12 pieces of almonds cut in to half


  1. Cream the butter add and mix honey in it make the mixture smooth
  2. Add ramdana flour and grinded almonds in it slowly
  3. Then mix 3 tablespoon of savank rice keep the rest flour for dusting later
  4. Make a soft smooth dough just collect all the ingredients don't knead the dough . Keep the dough in fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Preheat the oven line the baking tray with parchment paper Sprinkle flour over the surface roll the dough in to circle give your choicest shape to cookies with cookie cutter
  6. Stick almonds on the top of cookies
  7. Place on baking tray bake for 10 to 12 mints at 170 degrees Enjoy cookies with tea or milk in your fast days .
