Ingredients Serving: 4
Water chest nut flour/ Makhaane ka aata 2 cups
Washed and soaked Sabudana 1/2 cup
Curd 1 cup
Rock salt to taste
Red chilly powder little for garnishing
Gimger and green chilly paste 1 to 2 teaspoon
Oil 1 to 2 tablespoons
Jeera 1 to 2 teaspoon
Sugar a pinch
Chopped green chilly 1
Instructions
First of all prepare paste of presoaked sabudana.
Now, in a mixing bowl,take water chest nut flour, sabudana paste, salt , sugar, Ginger green chilly paste and curd .
Mix well and prepare a batter .
Keep it covered for 3 to 4 hours for fermentation
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well. Batter is ready . If batter is very thick add little water to adjust consistency .
Grease a mould with oil and pour ready batter in to it and Sprinkle some red chilly powder on it
Boil 4 cups of water in a pan and keep dhokla mould in to it . Covered it with lid and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes
After steaming
Cut it in desired shape
Heat some oil in Pan and prepare tadka of chopped green chilly and jeera and pour over ready Dhokla
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve

Thanks for sharing this recipe in step by step manner.
